Sukhmani began her career as an Assistant Professor in Economics after completing her MA from Panjab University and clearing the UGC-NET, CTET. She then moved into the corporate world, gaining valuable experience in operations at a mortgage company.Driven by her passion for teaching and training, she transitioned into Learning & Development, where she now facilitates sessions on communication, personal growth, and professional skills.She also enjoys creative writing and has contributed as a co-editor for company newsletters, bringing warmth and clarity to her sessions through storytelling.
